Carter Construction Company was founded in by Cornelius Carter. Over the years C. Carter Construction has successfully completed many projects in the Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware region. We provide design/build services and construction. We specialize in residential multi-units (1-4 units) and low scale commercial projects. We offer a wide network of committed professionals with decades of experience in their respective field. As a General construction firm, we believe communication and teamwork are key to completing a high quality product. It is our mission at C. Carter Construction to maintain project transparency and laser like focus on the key schedules of construction: safety, budget, time, work quality and performance. This focus allows us to keep all parties involved up to date with the information needed to make the decisions necessary to complete a project. We believe the success of our projects are determined in the pre- construction phase and are achieved by careful subcontractor selection of the project and timely management of costs.
