203K – In simple terms, the 203k loan is a type of home improvement loan program insured through the FHA that works by allowing homebuyers to borrow money, using only one loan, for both home improvement and a home purchase. These loans can also be used just for home improvements.

BUILDING MAINTENANCE

Building maintenance – ongoing work to maintain the upkeep of residential and small commercial buildings with the use of all trades.

Clients include – Small business owners, Property management companies, Landlords, Residential Apartment Buildings

TURNOVER MAINTENANCE

An additional service we offer is Turnover maintenance. Turnover maintenance is a term describing the maintenance process completed that is completed once a resident vacates to prepare the unit for next potential resident.  The repairs are usually minimal task including professional cleaning and sterilization, light – moderate repairs, touch- up paint to painting the entire unit. Time is usually of the essence because unit needs to be ready for open house.

Clients include – Student housing, private real estate owners, senior housing, Apartment complexes, and HUD Housing.
